Zac Donnelly

Zac Donnelly grew up in Lexington, Kentucky where he played Club Soccer for the Kentucky Kickers and for Lafayette High School. Zac graduated from Georgetown College in 2003 Majoring in Art Education where he played Men’s Soccer for the Tigers.  He received his Masters in 2010 at the University of Kentucky in Educational Leadership and plans to pursue his principalship in the future. 

For the past 20 years, Zac has worked at Franklin County High School as a Fine Arts Teacher. Zac began his coaching career as a Head Wrestling Coach for the Flyers from 2003-2015, and after serving as assistant coach for the Flyer Varsity Soccer team from 2003-2004, became Head Boys Soccer Coach in 2005 and served in that capacity through the 2013 season. During his tenure at FCHS, Donnelly coached over a dozen players that moved on to play at the Collegiate level and in 2009 was named the Kentucky High School’s Boys Soccer Coach of the Year. Since then Zac has enjoyed being an assistant coach to his two children on youth sports teams.
